Would you like to book an apartment with us? Then either send us an inquiry using the contact form or send us an email to info@cityaps.com.

You can reach us by phone Mon-Fri from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 0631-316860.

You can move into the apartment from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. The departure must take place by 10 a.m.

You can check in 24/7 at our check-in machine at the entrance to the building. After entering your hotel password or your online booking ID, the machine will issue the key card for your apartment.

Please note that there is no reception. In emergencies, we can be reached by phone around the clock (the phone number will be given when booking).
